How to check shape connections
When creating a Visio diagram for use with ProcessView, it is important that shapes be firmly connected.
To confirm shapes are firmly connected, review the color of the end points on the connector shape.
Note that ProcessView can be used to identify disconnections in a process model. If working in ProcessView 2.0, select the Validate Map/Data button from the ProcessView toolbar. In any version of ProcessView, selection of any of the reporting options will also prompt ProcessView to check the structure of the process model.
